Before You Register
Client Registration Prerequisites
To ensure GreenTech Labs services reach the right scientific communities, all clients must meet the following requirements before their account is approved.
Institutional Affiliation
RequiredA valid affiliation with a recognized university, research institution, hospital, biotech company, or scientific organization.
Required Documents / Information:
- Institutional email address (e.g., @university.edu, @institute.org)
- Employment or enrollment letter from your institution
Academic / Professional Credentials
RequiredEvidence of relevant academic training or professional experience in your field of research.
Required Documents / Information:
- Copy of highest degree certificate (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., M.D., etc.)
- CV or resume with research experience
Research Purpose Statement
RequiredA brief description of your current research focus, project goals, and how GreenTech Labs services will support your work.
Required Documents / Information:
- Short research synopsis (200–500 words)
- Reference to any active grants or publications (optional)
Ethics & Compliance Acknowledgement
RequiredConfirmation that your research complies with applicable ethics guidelines and that data shared with us does not violate participant privacy agreements.
Required Documents / Information:
- Signed Ethics Acknowledgement (checkbox in form)
- IRB / REB approval number (if applicable to your project)
Account Verification Notice
After registration, our team will verify your credentials within 1–2 business days. Full service access is granted upon approval. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps. Contact info@greentechlabs.ca if you have questions about eligibility.
