By accessing or using the GreenTech Labs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of GreenTech Labs.

GreenTech Labs provides computational bioscience consulting, scientific software development, molecular visualization, publication support, research analytics, AI research systems, experimental design consulting, and related research support services. All services are for research, educational, and consulting purposes only.

GreenTech Labs does not operate clinical laboratories, provide medical diagnoses, manufacture pharmaceutical products, or conduct human or animal trials. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, or clinical advice.

To access certain services, clients must register and meet eligibility requirements including valid institutional affiliation, relevant academic or professional credentials, and a stated research purpose. GreenTech Labs reserves the right to verify credentials and deny or revoke access at its sole discretion.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Upon full payment, clients retain full ownership of all custom deliverables produced specifically for them under a project agreement. GreenTech Labs retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, tools, frameworks, software platforms, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of GreenTech Labs and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

GreenTech Labs treats all client data, unpublished research, and project information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. Standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request and are included in Innovation Partner agreements.

Fees for services are agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement. Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements or membership subscriptions. GreenTech Labs reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

GreenTech Labs provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in all deliverables, we do not warrant that results will be free from errors or suitable for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenTech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to use GreenTech Labs services or website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe any intellectual property rights

• Transmit harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Use our computational outputs for unethical research or prohibited purposes under applicable research ethics frameworks

Each project includes one revision round as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes will be documented in a written change order with updated pricing and timeline before work proceeds.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. GreenTech Labs reserves the right to terminate access to its platform for any user who violates these Terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees become immediately due.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

GreenTech Labs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered clients of material changes via email.
